The COVID-19 pandemic has affected millions across the globe. With stay-at-home and social-distance orders, challenges related to social isolation have impacted our physical health and mental health.

According the 2020-2021 Household Pulse Survey from the U.S. Census Bureau, 35% of Americans have reporter symptoms of anxiety or depression during the COVID-19 pandemic. May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so take some time to learn about COVID-19 and its effect on mental health.
